Meet the team, Eddie and Araceli are a happy family of 6 currently residing in Cumberland, VA. Eddie started his construction career as a part time job in the summer of 2013 leading into his senior year of high school. He started as a laborer performing demolition at the Exchange Place in Downtown Richmond. Slowly he learned the multiple facets of the Construction industry and worked his way up the ranks as a carpenter and eventually as an assistant superintendent. Later in 2017, he shifted his focus and became a drywall foreman completing several renovation projects throughout Richmond, Norfolk, and Roanoke. Through the years, he was able to gain knowledge on the estimating and business side of the drywall industry. In 2020, he made the decision to start EVR General Construction alongside Araceli, who has a background in accounting and tax preparation. Together they have expanded EVR General Co. with Eddie focusing on estimating and project execution while Araceli handles the accounting and office administration. They are truly passionate on delivering the best quality work and establishing long lasting relationships with their clients. Whenever they are not at work, they love to spend time with their kids going on trips to the mountains, fishing, playing soccer, and also serve their church as catechists teaching Sunday school.
